Temporality of public space in a city: Kashish Singh

In the illustration, the architecture forms the background while the activities and people take the foreground. The illustration was intended to capture the concepts of temporality in the urban public realm, which are central to my thesis. It aimed to convey the nature of the space and the activities it would accommodate. Unlike a diagram, the illustration was not meant to dictate the form or volume or a specific aspect of the design directly. Instead, it served as a subtle influence throughout the design process. This approach allowed for a more flexible and organic evolution of the design, ensuring that it could adapt to various uses while retaining its intended character and purpose.
