This drawing, created for my thesis, illustrates how each level of the project incorporates shared spaces for interaction, challenging conventional vertical housing models that typically confine amenities to a single, isolated block. The design introduces multi-level connections, with terraces accessible via staircases, offering alternative circulation paths and reducing reliance on elevators. These varied spatial scales accommodate diverse activities such as an outdoor gym, a yoga space, a communal dining area, and a tutoring space. By decentralizing amenities, the design ensures they are more accessible and seamlessly integrated throughout the project, fostering a stronger sense of community.
This drawing was made as part of the Thesis Studio conducted in 2024.
