This diagram outlines the core program strategy for my seventh-semester high-rise hospitality project. The building is organized into clear vertical zones to express how different functions relate to one another.
The lower levels form the active podium, housing banquet halls, conference rooms, dining areas, and essential support spaces. These floors accommodate the hotel’s social and business activities while ensuring operational efficiency.
Above the podium, the guest room floors provide privacy and comfort, remaining subtly connected to shared amenities. At the top, the sky and upper deck levels contain the pool, fine dining, gym, and leisure spaces, using height and views to enhance the overall hospitality experience.
