The thesis seeks to create a culturally rooted community space that preserves and celebrates the oral traditions and everyday practices of the Halakki people while responding sensitively to the local climate and landscape.
The axonometric drawing unpacks the layered roof assembly, illustrating a climate-responsive construction system using locally sourced materials that can be easily executed by the community.
