The massing strategy for the Hyderabad office project evolved through spatial and contextual explorations to create a form that responds to the urban condition while maintaining a clear identity. The base mass was recessed and articulated to reduce visual heaviness and create a lighter presence from the adjacent road and flyover. The tower was developed as an element emerging from within the podium mass, allowing the building to read as a unified composition, while its orientation was adjusted to capture key city views and strengthen its relationship with the surrounding urban fabric.
A key conceptual layer of the massing draws from the vertical rhythm of the minarets of Charminar, abstracted into four vertical tower elements that reinterpret the city’s historical identity in a contemporary language. Service blocks and atrium spaces were placed lower to emphasize these vertical forms, while terraces and stepped volumes create breakout spaces, enhance human scale, and support flexible work environments. Through this iterative process, the final form emerges as a balanced composition integrating contextual response, spatial hierarchy, and cultural references.
